Welcome to ABC!  We're so glad you found us and my prayer is that you find a church family that loves you and cares for you here! I have been married to my amazing wife, Sarah, for 14 years. We have three children; Emmalynn, Everett, & Eleanor that we love dearly. Our family does ministry together and we wouldn't have it any other way. We love Jesus, each other and the church and are thankful for the opportunity to serve Ashland in this capacity. I've been in ministry for 9 years and hold a Master's of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I enjoy reading, listening to music, being outside, and playing with my kids. 

Amy Clardy has been the Executive Secretary at ABC since December of 2017.  Her husband Darewin, has served as a deacon at ABC since 2011. They have been members of Ashland Baptist Church since 2010.  They have two grown children; Austin who lives in Macon, Mo and Amber and her husband, Austin Gibson who live in VA. 

Wade Vandelicht is currently a teacher at Southern Boone HS (math) and married to his wonderful wife Ashley. They have been married since 2009. They have four children-Laken, Harrison, Sawyer and Trey.  Wade's hobbies include coaching soccer and the fishing team, going fishing and hunting, woodworking, and playing music.

Sarah has been involved in children’s ministry for nearly a decade and has a heart for teaching kids that they were made on purpose and for a purpose by our God who loves them dearly. She spends her days raising 3 kids, serving in ministry alongside her husband Pastor Zach as well as working with preschool children at Small Sprouts Christian Montessori that meets during the week at ABC. We are so happy that you are here! We pray that we can partner with you to help train our children up in the way they should go! (Proverbs 22:6) Our hope is that you and your children find a family of faith at ABC that helps you grow in faith and spurs you toward serving and loving the Lord all the days of your life. 

Luke and Bethanie are the youth ministry coordinators. They are high school sweethearts that have a passion for youth ministry. They have 2 children Logan and Brenna. Luke works in the information technology field and Bethanie is a teacher at Small Sprouts MIS located at ABC! Luke also serves as a deacon. 

Greetings ABC! We are Barry and Heidi Gamblin. We have been married since June 1976, after each of us graduated from college. After a nine-year stint in the Air Force, Barry separated from the service, received a masters degree in computer science, and began a career in the information technology field. Heidi went to graduate school and became an elementary school teacher. Over the years we have lived in several different places: Colorado, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Georgia and now Missouri. We have two grown sons who live in the Denver area, five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

In 2019 we both retired and moved from Georgia to Colorado, intending that Colorado would be our retirement home. But God had other plans for us, and in 2022 He led us to move to the Ashland, MO area and we started attending ABC where we made the decision to become members. We have been involved in many of the activities that ABC has to offer. We were recently asked if we would be willing to become leaders of the JOY senior adult ministry and after much thought and prayers we said yes. We (especially Heidi) have a heart towards senior adults and we hope to involve many of the seniors at ABC as we, with the Lord’s guidance, build this ministry together.
